The idea isn't to replace the JP lists but give everyone access to ones in English with explanations to help people understand team characteristics better. The game is in such a good position right now that there's a lot more leaders than I listed that can clear all content - no need to quit the game if your favourite leader isn't here The criteria is around speed, consistency, ease of use and ability to deal with the various dungeon mechanics I only play single player and all judgement is based off the ability to clear end game content - at least be able to clear 2 of the following dungeons consistently: AA3, A6, Col2.
